The laboratory accommodates classes, diploma projects and the research concerning control systems with digital technology.

The equipment of the lab comprises mainly programmable logic controllers (PLC), frequency converters and Mitsubishi servo drives.

The didactic and research workstations located in the lab enable the implementation of regulation algorithms and testing them on the real objects, especially on the power transmission systems.

The controllers and the drive amplifiers are connected into an open and very efficient CC-link network.
